1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using GoPhotoBook (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
GoPhotoBook provides a white-label album proofing platform for professional photographers. Photographers can upload album page designs, share password-protected flipbook links with clients, and receive pinpoint feedback for approvals.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information during registration. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
4. Content Ownership
You retain all rights to the images and content you upload. By uploading content, you grant GoPhotoBook a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not claim ownership of your photographs.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights; use the Service for illegal purposes; attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts; upload malicious files or content; resell or redistribute the Service without permission.
6. Client Access
When you share a proofing link with a client, you are responsible for the password and access controls. GoPhotoBook is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from shared passwords.
7. Data Storage & Privacy
Images are stored securely on AWS S3 with encryption. We process images only to generate optimized display and thumbnail versions. We do not sell, share, or use your images for any purpose beyond providing the Service. See our Privacy Policy for details.
8. Free Upload Promotion
We currently offer free uploads as part of our launch promotion. All registered users receive unlimited uploads at no charge during this period. We reserve the right to modify, limit, introduce pricing, or end this free offer at any time, with or without prior notice. Continued use of the Service after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
9. Service Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to perform maintenance with reasonable notice.
10. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your uploaded content will be deleted within 30 days.
11. Limitation of Liability
GoPhotoBook is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email.
